Great location! Beautiful room. Delicious breakfast! I was able to check in early which was so helpful to us. Also, great to have free overnight parking!
~ Pat I can only describe my experience in superlatives. Rooms were 'white glove standard' clean with very comfy beds. The breakfast was gourmet..in presentation and taste. We look forward to staying here on future visits to Newport!
~ Sharmila We loved our stay, the room was immaculately clean and very pretty. The terrace with views over the lovely white church, roofs and the sea at sunset is beautiful. The hosts were very heartfelt and the parking was not too far away from the house. Besides you can park next to the building when checking in and dropping off the luggage in the room. The parking lot was easy to find because of the detailed explanation from the host and the walk back was short and beautiful because of the very nice location. We traveled through New England for 3 weeks sleeping in 18 different B&B´s but here we got the best breakfast of all of them and were talking and dreaming about it often.

~ Constantine Loved everything about our stay. The location was incredible, particularly if you enjoy walking as much as we do! The inn could not have been cleaner. Absolutely spotless. Loved the bathroom so much that I took photos of it for my upcoming shower renovation at home. The breakfasts were incredible and plated like works of art. Already planning to return with friends in the spring.

~ Denise We loved this Inn in the historic area of Newport. It was the perfect combination of charming, well decorated, quiet, and in the best location. Our room was bright and cheerful, very comfortable with a beautiful marble bathroom. On One of the days we were there it was raining and we were perfectly happy to sit in the room and read for hours. Staying there was like being a guest in somebody€™s fabulously renovated old house. There was even a manager on site all day who checked on us from time to time to make sure everything was going well. We were so surprised to walk up to the third floor and see a wonderful little dining room with beautiful windows looking over the water in the distance. It was like a perfect breakfast cafe. There was also a sunny pleasant deck with views. The breakfast was ample and just right, and the coffee was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere from our location. We walked to the cliff walk, shopping, and also to restaurants many times over our stay. Our car was safe a couple of blocks from the Inn in an assigned spot behind a church. If you like charm, comfort, and updated decorating, look no further. We will stay here again next time.

~ John My husband and I had a wonderful weekend at the Outlook Inn. The innkeeper is delightful! She is personable, warm, very attentive and the most amazing cook. The rooms are beautiful. More modern hotel vs. old school Inn, but with all of the charming qualities of an Inn vs. a stuffy Newport hotel. Sitting on the roof deck with a cold beer, glass of wine and some crackers and cheese was the perfect way to end a great beach day. We will definitely be coming back.

Breakfast was delicious and the weather was perfect so we spent a lot of time on the deck outside. Rooms were very clean and newly updated. We didn't have to move our car out of the lot the entire weekend due to the ideal location to downtown Newport. Overall, would come back and recommend this place to a friend.

The room was clean and comfortable with a modern, but homey feel. The roof deck was amazing. An evening glass of wine on the deck might have been the highlight of the weekend.
